Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full payment card details)

Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: Session times, feature usage, and interaction patterns to improve your coaching experience
Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and access times for security and platform optimization

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Deliver personalized executive coaching sessions tailored to your goals and context
Generate insights, track progress, and provide assessments that support your development
Schedule and coordinate coaching sessions via Google Calendar integration
Process payments and manage your subscription
Send service-related communications, including session reminders and platform updates
Improve our AI coaching models and platform features
Ensure platform security and prevent unauthorized access

AI Processing & Coaching Content

Your coaching conversations are processed by Claude (Anthropic's AI) to provide personalized guidance. Session content is used to maintain conversation context, generate insights, and track your progress. We treat all coaching content as confidential and apply the same privacy standards a human executive coach would maintain.

Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

With Your Coach

Your assigned coach (Holly Silva or David Rush) has access to your profile, session history, and coaching content to provide informed, continuous support.

Service Providers

Anthropic: AI processing for coaching sessions
Supabase: Secure data storage and authentication
Stripe: Payment processing
Google Calendar: Session scheduling (only when you connect your calendar)
Resend: Transactional email delivery

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vantage OpEx, our users, or others.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
Secure authentication via Supabase Auth
Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
Regular security audits and monitoring

While we strive to protect your data, no internet transmission is completely secure. You share information at your own risk.

Your Rights & Choices

You have control over your information:

Access & Update: View and edit your profile, preferences, and account settings anytime
Export Data: Request a copy of your coaching session history and notes
Delete Account: Request account deletion, which removes your profile and session data (payment records retained for compliance)
Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (service emails required for account operation)
Calendar Disconnect: Revoke Google Calendar access at any time

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion:

Session content and profile data are permanently deleted within 30 days
Billing records retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained for product improvement

Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Children's Privacy

Vantage OpEx is designed for business professionals and executives. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

International Users

Your data is processed and stored in the United States. By using Vantage OpEx, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of Vantage OpEx after changes constitutes acceptance.
